Contact List Creation

Building Your Email

  • To create a Contact List, click on your profile icon and select ”My Contact Lists”.
  • From this page select “New Contact List +” in the top right corner, name your contact list and if you would like assign the contact list to a team.
    • Teams are automatically generated for each deal, for more information on how to add members to a deal team please refer to Assembling The Team.
    • Contact Lists can be assigned to a deal or team retroactively through the “Add to Deal” or “Transfer to Team” buttons on the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the contract list.
    • If you would like to assign a contact list to a team that is not associated with a specific deal you can accomplish this by creating a new team. Click on your profile icon in the top right and navigate to “My Teams” then ”Create New Team”.
      • This allows you to access/share notes and insights on activity for contacts beyond a single deal.
    • If a contact list is assigned to a deal specific team, you can also access the contact list through the “Manage Team”. For more information on how to access this page please refer to Assembling The Team.
  • Select ”Import CSV” to upload a CSV document of contacts, or add contacts individually by selecting “Add Contact”.
    • You will be prompted to assign “Contact Mapping” so that Phone, Email, Title, Company etc. appear in the proper fields.
    • Please be aware that you may be shown an error message if you upload duplicate contacts as the system WILL NOT allow duplicate contacts.
