Navigate to the “Term Sheets” tab in the Deal Toolkit to input and edit Term
Sheet information
Inputting your Term Sheet information on Revere allows you to compare bids,
include bids on the marketing report, and discover buyer tendencies for future
deals
To Add a Term Sheet, select + Add Term Sheet in the top right corner of the
page
Put in a Company Name and Capital Tranche
Add Key aspects of the term sheet with corresponding values / units by
clicking Add Column and filling out the corresponding fields
Make sure to CLICK SAVE once you are done editing
The drop-down arrow in the top right corner of your screen will allow you to
reorder the columns of your term sheets and download a summary or Bid Matrices
Bid Matrices can be templated to reflect your companies branding by reaching
out to Revere Customer Support
Compare Term Sheets side by side with color coded indicators highlighting how
each companies' terms compare to the rest of the market
Click on “Contact / Notes “ on the bottom left of each Term Sheet to open a
panel displaying the point of contact for that company, along with a section
for corresponding Notes (edited)
