Term Sheet Submission and Management

  • Navigate to the “Term Sheets” tab in the Deal Toolkit to input and edit Term Sheet information
  • Inputting your Term Sheet information on Revere allows you to compare bids, include bids on the marketing report, and discover buyer tendencies for future deals

  • To Add a Term Sheet, select + Add Term Sheet in the top right corner of the page
  • Put in a Company Name and Capital Tranche
  • Add Key aspects of the term sheet with corresponding values / units by clicking Add Column and filling out the corresponding fields
  • Make sure to CLICK SAVE once you are done editing

  • The drop-down arrow in the top right corner of your screen will allow you to reorder the columns of your term sheets and download a summary or Bid Matrices
  • Bid Matrices can be templated to reflect your companies branding by reaching out to Revere Customer Support
  • Compare Term Sheets side by side with color coded indicators highlighting how each companies' terms compare to the rest of the market
  • Click on “Contact / Notes “ on the bottom left of each Term Sheet to open a panel displaying the point of contact for that company, along with a section for corresponding Notes (edited)
