Sending Document Update Alerts

Revere allows you to send emails when you want to notify CA signatories with files that have been updated in the Virtual Data Room.

Creating a Document Update Alert Outreach Template

From the Deal Outreach page, create a new outreach template. Add a button to the template with the action type View Updated Documents.

note

Templates containing "View Updated Documents" buttons can only be used to send document update alerts.

Sending a Document Update Alert Email

Click the Send button to open the dialog to select which files to include in the update alert email. You may also specify the minimum level of access (e.g. contacts with Tier 1 access and higher) to send the alert to.

Document update alerts can also be sent directly from the Virtual Data Room using the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner.
