Managing Leads

  • You can manage individual leads from the Leads Table accessible through the ”Leads” tab in the Deal Toolkit.
  • To Edit a lead simply click on the name and a popup menu will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.
  • Please keep in mind to ALWAYS click save when editing leads.
  • Here you can adjust Name, Company, Job Title, Phone Numbers, and Email. You can also review Notes in chronological order, Activity Timelines, Downloaded Documents, and upload Redlined CA's.
  • The Status, Access Tier, Pass Reasons, and Capitalization Probability will automatically adjust based on deal interaction. However, you can also manually adjust the fields at any time.
  • Assign Owners of the lead by adjusting the Owners field.
  • Archiving a lead will “Delete” the lead from your deal.
  • Manage Deal Room Access will allow you to grant or rescind confidential access for individual leads. You can also use this button to generate a personalized deal room link.
  • Take Notes associated with leads by clicking on the notes section.
  • Notes can be assigned to individual teams as you take them or retroactively.
  • If you do not fill out the Taken at section, your note will default to the date and time that it is created (edited).
